Position Overview:
The Workforce Planning Analyst is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive workforce plans, strategies, and initiatives to support organizational objectives and ensure optimal staffing levels. 3. Collaborate with HR partners to assess current and future workforce needs, ensuring the alignment of workforce strategies with business priorities.
4. Develop and maintain accurate workforce metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
5. Design and implement workforce planning models and scenarios to forecast future workforce requirements, considering factors such as attrition, retirement, and organizational growth.
6. Conduct regular workforce planning reviews to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities, and recommend appropriate actions.
7. Partner with HR teams to develop and implement talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to address identified gaps and ensure a qualified talent pipeline.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
2. Proven experience (X years) in workforce planning, HR analytics, or a related HR role.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights and trends.
4. Proficiency in using workforce planning software, HR information systems (HRIS), and advanced Excel or other data analysis tools.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
